Take the candle a roll over herbs back & forth until the candle coated with the herbs. You can also drizzle the candle with with honey to sweeten it even more. Next take the bay leaf and write your intention.  As you write, visualize and feel the intention as if it’s already happening. Next, light the intention candle and sit in meditation completely inviting the intention into your life. You may ignite the Bay leaf with the intention candle or place on your alter. Additionally, a sheet of paper is included if you choose to write your intention which helps as well.
